Appointed by the Housing & Development Board (HDB) as part of the winning multi-disciplinary design team selected through an open Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) design competition. DK provided comprehensive cost consultancy, budget management, and commercial planning services for the revitalisation of the Geylang Serai Cultural Precinct, supporting the project’s vision to enhance its cultural, community, and heritage significance while ensuring financial viability and effective cost control throughout the development process.
