Provide independent expert opinions on quantum-related issues such as valuation, pricing, measurement, variation assessment, prolongation, disruption, and final account disputes, drawing on project records and professional expertise in quantity surveying and construction cost analysis.

Security of Payment (SOP) adjudication advisory

Advise clients on SOP Act-related matters, including the preparation, review, and assessment of payment claims, payment responses, adjudication applications, adjudication responses, and supporting quantum submissions.Support may also include reviewing progress payment valuations, variations, retention, and incomplete or defective work assessments.

Legal advisory and expert witness services

The consultant may also act as an expert witness, preparing independent reports on cost, valuation, and entitlement issues, and providing testimony in court where required.
