Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Building Management or Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with 2 years with an established builder.
  • A natural team leader with a passion to lead
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent customer orientation
