Clementi Library

We are pleased to announce our appointment as Consultant Quantity Surveyor (QS) for the upcoming revamp of Clementi Library.

Located on the fifth floor of The Clementi Mall, the 1,900 sq m facility opened in 2011 and is set to undergo its first major renovation after 15 years. The project forms part of the National Library Board’s (NLB) Libraries of the Future Masterplan (2017–2030), systematically modernising public branches across Singapore.

With the library receiving approximately 700,000 visits in 2025, the upgrade aims to better serve evolving community needs. Enhancements will address patron feedback, including expanding study spaces and seating, as well as creating clearer spatial segregation between adult quiet areas and children’s reading zones. NLB will provide alternative services locally during the renovation to ensure minimal disruption.
