Delivering Value Through Quantity Surveying

The Addition and Alteration (A&A) works  involved upgrading an existing single-storey building through the erection of new sheltered corridors and reconfiguration of interior layouts. The project required careful coordination between existing site conditions, construction requirements, and cost considerations to support the successful delivery of improvement works.

Through professional quantity surveying expertise, the project benefited from structured cost management and commercial oversight to support informed decision-making throughout the construction process.

Managing Costs for Community Facility Improvements

Addition and alteration projects require careful management of evolving design requirements, construction considerations, and project costs. Maintaining clear cost visibility throughout the project lifecycle is essential to achieving effective financial control while ensuring that improvement works are delivered in accordance with project objectives.
