Optimising Workplace Facilities Through Thoughtful Improvements
The Addition and Alteration (A&A) Works to Staff Rest Areas at SATS Airfreight Terminals involved the refurbishment and improvement of existing staff facilities to create more functional and comfortable workplace spaces for operational personnel. The project focused on upgrading existing areas through coordinated refurbishment works and building services improvements, ensuring that staff facilities could better support the needs of a fast-paced airfreight operation.
We were appointed as the Consultant Quantity Surveyor, providing quantity surveying, cost management, and contract administration services throughout the project. Through effective cost planning, procurement support, and commercial management, we supported the successful delivery of the facility upgrading works.
