The addition and alteration (A&A) works to the 6th storey public areas at PARKROYAL on Beach Road, Singapore involved the refurbishment of guest‑facing spaces to meet the evolving expectations of modern hospitality. The project focused on upgrading the Club Lounge, corridors, and adjoining facilities to deliver a refreshed, premium guest experience.
